Happy to hear things are improving for your dad (never as quick as we'd like though...)
i don't think I have a celebrity look a like, but I have a funny story. My aunt is a nurse, and was caring for an elderly patient who said she reminded him of a celebrity and he couldn't quite figure out who. My aunt thought he was going to pick someone glamorous like elizabeth Taylor ( who would actually be her look alike). Then he says he figured it out! Rosanne! Hahahah not quite what she was hoping for hahahaha. I die every time I remember that.
you definitely look like Liz Taylor, and not Roseanne.
qotd: right now, Monday! It's supposed to be 20c and spring is finally here! Then I was looking forward to going to Germany in the fall, but with this new job, I'm not sure how that will work out.
Menu:
B: premiere protein shake
L: 2.5oz of chicken with chopped avocado, tomato cucumber and lime juice,
D: I think it will be leftovers night, so not exactly sure.
S: blueberries and raspberries with yogurt
S2 a few sliced peppers and hummus.
water was better yesterday, hoping even better today.
Liz was right, I just need to keep that sucker in my hand!

So glad that you are able to be with your parents. It sounds hard and I'm swinging chickens for you. I'm also really glad that you found the TJ's. It will help you to take care of yourself through it all.
QOTD: May 6 & 7 are the MD Sheep and Wool Festival, one of my favorite events of the year. I volunteer and do alot of shopping for yarn and fleece for spinning. Lots of fun! I'm also looking forward to tomorrow for an event at a local farm: Udder to Butter. We get to milk a cow, churn butter and make cheese.
Breakfast: Spinach feta omelet
Snack: Apple Ecstasy protein shake
Lunch: salmon with grits
Snack: cottage cheese with homemade applesauce
Dinner: turkey meatballs with zoodles and puttanesca sauce
Exercise: I'm not sure whether I will get outside for a walk today or hit the treadmill. Depends on the weather.

Tomorrow is at a national park farm at Accokeek, MD. They occasionally have what they call Homesteading classes and they are always alot of fun.
The Sheep and Wool festival is in West Friendship, MD in Howard County. It is a great event with lots of vendors as well as animal events. I always buy at least one fleece to spin up over the year.
We also attend the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck, NY in October, which is alot of fun. That one is closer to you.

qotd: looking forward to my move next week and my spinathon on may 13th!
Yesterday I stayed late at work, to get some credit time and catch up a bit after this crazy week. I did NOT catch up. I just kept dealing with crazy stuff as it came up. Looking forward to another weekend of overtime and packing frenzy. Only about a week till go time!!!
Plan:
Breakfast: coffee with 2 oz premier protein.
Snack: cottage cheese
Lunch: cauliflower mac & cheese
Snack: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, scoop protein powder, 1 tbs chocolate sugar free instant pudding mix, 1/2 tbs PB2. It's my reese's cheesecake yogurt! Yesterday's turned out so well I'm pumped to try another kind!
Dinner: cauliflower fried rice with a little pb2 mixed with broth and soy for a peanut sauce.
And.... that's nearly the last of the leftovers in my freezer. Gonna hafta cook this weekend!
Exercise: intervals! After I move this is gonna go down to one day a week. Thank goodness!

So... I uploaded way too many selfies into celebslike.me and the best match I got was.... Jessica Chastain! I mean best as in I liked it best AND it was the highest percentage match, and it's the only one anyone's ever told me I looked like before. I've also gotten Liv Tyler and Claire Danes. But the face recognition site didn't see it...
