Good Afternoon JB and pouch pals. Better late than never? :)

At PT... last night worked out with the personal trainer for the first real time after signing up... gee that was a long 45 minutes.... He killed me...LOL. When he was upping the weights on the leg press machine he said "sometimes it is better not to look" I think he enjoyed torturing me.

QOTD: I might lay back physically but I am usually thinking about what I am not doing. So the mind doesn't stop. I remember being yelled at so nicely last summer to stick to my couch duty. Even the Dr was sending me shows to binge watch on Netflix. I have not been known for balance.

B: coffee, Syntrax mint cookie with cashew milk (so good)

L: tomato, cucumber salad with avocado 2oz steak and 1 oz lite shredded mozzarella Trader Joe's.

S: Syntrax Bananas and cream w/cashew milk, fruit salad

D: Lamb chop, green beans

S: ? Tbd

ex: PT, maybe running app

Good evening Menu Family.. Really Really late to the party today. Today was meeting after meeting after meeting and then after work I went and visited Gram. Happy to say she is home! She is tired but glad to be back in her own house I am going to stay over tomorrow night and "keep her company". She is very excited that she is going to be having all these sleepovers for the next few weeks. Wonder how she will feel when my cousin from Texas walks in the house next Friday because she has not clue she is coming!

QOTD: Generally I am usually a keep busy person but since my surgery it has gotten so much worse. I feel like I have all this unused energy that I need to spend and when I am not busy I just drive my husband nuts by not shutting my mouth and he is like don't you have something to do?

Food for the day:

B: 3 slices of bacon and 1/2 cup grapes

L: 2oz ham and slices of cheese

S: Yogurt and granola

D: 3oz grilled chicken and 1/2 c green beans
