QOTD: oh I have no problem lying around doing nothing!! (although that includes lying on my bed or couch with my laptop or a good book!)
lowest weight ever this morning - empty intestines, maybe? I have no idea! But I'll take it!

B: homemade Greek yogurt, raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, protein/fiber mango lassi
L: 1/2 a chicken wrap, orange
S: beef barley soup
another yogurt somewhere in there - or maybe an egg muffin cup

Feeling pretty good today. It's sunny and supposed to be in mid 60's in southcentral PA today before the storms roll in tonight and tomorrow. The weather definitely affects my energy level and mood - one of the reasons I would love to move to the sunshine state.
QOTD: Pretty much laid back. Takes a lot to get me rattled.

S: 1/2 c Greek LnF yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1T PB2
D: Hot dog (no roll), SF pickles
E: 16 miles on the stationary bike done, plan to do a 3 mi. walk w/DH after work

Good Morning! Hope your commute isn't too bad. I don't want to brag but it is supposed to hit 82 this afternoon but we do have rain in the forecast for Friday and Saturday. Today is a bit odd, it's my last work day before a few vacation days and then surgery is one week from today. I won't be back to the office until at least the 15th of May. So I feel like I have a ton to day today...but then nothing since I am just trying to tie up any loose ends and hoping there aren't any urgent items that pop up today. I am also heading out to lunch with a co-worker/friend so we can get caught up on the gossipy stuff before I leave :)
Tonight Em has a band concert so that'll be fun!
QOTD: I think I am pretty laid back. I mean I have my routine but usually in the evening I spend time relaxing, sometimes I'll crochet and sometimes just hang out and watch a little tv with my hubby.

L: Deli Delicious wrap with roast beef/turkey and swiss cheese

D: BBQ Hamburger patty, green beans, and SF jello with cool-whip

I was hoping you were from Florida! I haven't run across anyone from Florida on here yet. It is going to be 90 degrees today and humid on the central east coast. Then high of 70 tomorrow so comfortable tomorrow - not so much today! Have a great Wednesday!
