Good morning all -

Working days today and tomorrow and then I have the long weekend off. I really live my short weeks :)

QOTD: I'm very laid back when I'm not at work. At work I have to keep busy all the time or my days / nights drag on forever. Unfortunately I am a people pleaser and I am trying to work on that. I am also trying to learn to put myself first sometimes. I have always put everyone before myself.

Menu:

Breakfast - Protein shake

Lunch - chicken mushroom stir fry

Dinner - tuna pouch

Snack - 1/2 cottage cheese

Calories - 474, Protein - 73, Carbs - 20

Have a great day everyone!!

Morning!

Well, for those following along my work saga. The employee didn't come in again, but rather emailed a copy of a drs note indicating the need for 6 weeks medical leave....so.... she won't be dismissed anytime soon...

qotd: although the past week would suggest otherwise, I am a pretty laid back person. I try to make a list of things to accomplish, but definitely pretty relaxed about most things.

Menu: things have been crazy at work the past couple of days, and I haven't been eating...yesterday ended up being two protein shakes and lettuce cups for dinner...and definitely not enough water. I need to make a point of it.

B: protein shake

L: leftover turkey taco skillet I made last night.

D: Italian sausage with fried peppers and mushrooms

S: 1/3 cup cottage cheese with raspberries.

S2: some of lunch I didn't eat yesterday, diced chicken with avocado and lime juice and tomato.

Take care everyone!

Oh my! So did she know she was getting dismissed??? That really stinks and puts everything on hold until the 6 weeks are up (which with those type of things, in my experience, have dragged on for much MUCH longer).
