Hello all -

Lazy day yesterday. I didn't get anything done at all. I got to the clinic to get my blood work done for my blood thinner, and got a few errands run this morning already. I plan to either take my dogs for a walk this afternoon or get on my treadmill, or maybe both.

I would like to go see a ball game some day. I have never been to one.

Good afternoon JB and menu crew. I am late to the show as I had to go to a vendor in Montreal this morning and am now back at my desk. Drank 32 oz of water on my journey and turned down sweets. Ate my lunch when I got back to the office. All is good.

For over 20 years, I lived really close to work. I started at 2:00 am. I usually set my alarm clock for 1:45. 1:50 if I needed the extra rest.

Great pic's, you guys are so cute! Late post today, I had a few long meetings this morning. Beautiful weather this week, cool, but nice and sunny.

At the gym yesterday, I was able to swim for 30 minutes pretty much non-stop without having to switch strokes to catch my breath. This was not possible at 300 pounds. I'm pretty slow though, so now I will work on building my strength up. Progress!

QOTD - We have quite a few fun traditions or rituals, but the Kentucky Derby is one of my favorites. No, we don't actually go (I wish), but we do place bets at a local Saloon. We then head home to watch it on the big screen and enjoy the best Southern BBQ short ribs and fresh Mint Julep's you've ever tasted. So much fun!
