Hi, Just curious about your menu since I see that you are so far out from surgery... Do you maintain with those calories and that type of food? If so... #jealous.
I have been in maintenance for about a year so I know that I would gain like crazy with bread, orange, apple, pasta and a Jimmy Dean sausage every day. I know we are all different, so not judging--just curious!
Good afternoon Menu Family... What a rainy cold crappy day here in the Green Mountain state. On a day like today I am glad to be at work, however I am constantly checking my phone, my 91 year old grandmother is having a procedure done on her heart and I am waiting for someone one text me an update. I would have gone to be at the hospital but my two aunts together drive me insane...
QOTD: We really don't have one but after going to the Celtics game last week my husband and I said we would to go to at least one game a year either Celtics, Bruins, Red Sox, Patriots or NASCAR.
Now for the food of the day:
B: hard boiled egg white and 2 slices bacon
L: hams and cheese roll up and dill pickles
S Chibani flip
D: meatballs w/ sauce and cheese
Have a great day!!!

Thank you! They decided to put a stent in one artery and leave the other two and see how she does. She certainly is full of it about an hour after the procedure she was complaining to the nurses that they had not fed her since last night and she needed food! Then she started in on them about could she could go home... I only hope I can live as long as her!

Happy Tuesday! Opening Day was awesome (even though I didn't get to go to the game). I'm so glad you had a great time!
JBQOTD - I go to Disneyland every year. It's an all day affair, we get there when the park opens and leave when the park closes. I used to go to Opening Day, but work schedules have prevented me the last few years.
My plan:
B: ground turkey (2.8 oz) cauliflower rice
L: leftover tri tip (3.03 oz) cabbage slaw
D: I have a work dinner, so bad hotel chicken
S: 4 oz fairlife milk, I brought hard boiled eggs or sliced ham and string cheese
Totals will be around 1000 cal, depending on dinner and the snacks I choose.
I'm glad it was a nice day yesterday for you at the opening. I had to get in to symphony hall for a rehearsal and the Boston traffic was a hot mess!! That wasn't so much fun, haha.
B: decaf and protein hot chocolate
L: Tuna pouch, babybel and string cheese
D: Pork chop with broccoli
S: Chicken Tenders with tomato sauce, decaf with sf torani chocolate syrup
