Weight loss during your first month post op!

I lost 16 lbs my first month, and I started at 373 lbs. You are doing great - so quit worrying!

I dropped 25 in the first month and that was with a 1-week stall out. It'll keep going, so keep it up. I'm not much further out than you are, we can do this!

That's a great loss for month one. Keep following the plan & it'll work. My month by month stats are below.

Stalls are normal too, especially as early out as you are... they are frustrating though!

Follow the rules - watch the carbs (skip the crackers and toast no matter what the NUT says) - and you'll be down in no time!
