You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
I am going to be 52 in a few days. I started out at 260, and I am now sitting basically at my first goal of 145. I decided a while ago that I'd like to be at 135-140 as my final goal.
You can definitely lose a lot more if you want to, if you eat clean and keep the carbs out of your diet. It gets much harder the second 6 months though, that's for sure!
Edited to add that I am also 5'5".

It wasn't just a number though. I chose the arbitrary 'number' because I wanted to be within healthy guidelines (150 for our height) I've decided to go lower, not because of the number, but because I see more weight to be lost and I want to attain it.
My goal was to be healthy. And even with hypothyroidism, and age, I've attained my goal, and intend on staying here.

If you really want to lose the weight you have to set a goal, not make a wish. The difference is that a goal has a date attached to it.
If you set a goal of losing one pound a week, you can be there by July 1. You need to give up all the junk food, drink lots of water and exercise. Weigh daily and record the weight every Saturday morning. If you have not lost at least one pound each week, then you are not achieving your goal.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Even lower than 215 is more than doable. When I had my surgery at almost 53 I weighed in at 273. I had been obese my whole life even as a child. My original goal was 165 because it seemed like a pipe dream. I have weighed less than 120 now for over 31/2 years. I exercise everyday and track my food but like the lower weight due to severe rheumatoid arthritis. Since I can't take any NSAIDS now the lower the weight the less the joint pain. I am5'6.5" and 57 now.
