What's on your Saturday menu RNYer?
Oh, I like the idea of separate accounts for spending!

Good Morning Insert Fitness and Menu Family!
QOTD: I didn't make any resolutions. I have been doing well with my meals, and I just bought a kitchen timer and am doing much better about waiting 30 minutes after eating before drinking. I take my dog, Blossom (and sometimes Tippy if she wants to go, too), for a walk nearly every day, so I'm doing good in the exercise department, too. So I guess I am meeting my goals.
B/L Today we are going out to eat at The Egg & I for Brunch and I will probably have an omelette, so that should be pretty compliant.
L/D Taco meat, cheese, sour cream on 1/2 flour tortilla
S: Light n Fit Greek yogurt
Exercise: Walking Blossom around the neighborhood.
Have a great day everyone!

Morning all!
We are making the drive to St Jacobs today to meet my sister and BIL at the farmers market and walk around the village. It's one place that we don't have to work hard to convince the guys to go because....food. Then tonight we might head off in another direction to meet friends, we'll see how the day plays out.
My emotions have been hitting some major extremes over the past two weeks. A combination of life events has made things challenging for me mentally and I need to get the ups and downs under control.
QOTD No resolutions for me. At the time I was just over a month out of surgery and I was hyper focused on everything WLS related so all my goals centered on that. Obviously I still have lots of goals left to reach but I've had good progress and I've hit some of them.
B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier

Have an awesome weekend guys!!

I love farmers markets. Even off season there is a huge indoor one about 20 mins from where I live. I haven't been able to go for several years due my weight and knees. I'm hoping to go soon even if it's just for a few minutes. It's a great incentive to stay on plan and keep losing! :) I'm in a stall right now but that's ok, it will pass.

Good morning everyone!
I wasn't here for the resolutions but mine was to give up caffeine in preparation for surgery which I have been successful doing. I almost on track for my weight loss goals. I bought a new scale yesterday because my old one was over 11years old and gives a weight variation of +\- up to 2lbs. I'm kind of in love with it as today it says I'm 259.4lbs which puts me almost at -30lbs. It also means for the first time in my life I am lying about my weight on my Drivers Licence because I weigh LESS than what it says. Ha :)

Hi everyone,
Rainy, snowy and sleety here in CT. Blah!
QOTD: We don't need no stinkin resolutions!!! Just kiddin!!!! LOL!
I have been doing well with mine. It was to increase my protein and increase my water intake. My water was at about 80 to 100 oz and I'm currently at about 140oz. I want to be around 200 oz. My protein was averaging. 75g and now it's 90g - 100g. One resolution that I'm still having difficulty with is getting to the pool to swim laps. My knees are still very bad and most days it's very difficult with all the walking but I'm working on it.
B: 2 eggs. 2 strips of bacon, 1 slice cheese
L: 3 oz turkey breast
Rest of the day is unknown at this point. My wife an I are going to a friends 50th birthday party. Whatever I eat it will be protein. I will have a couple meat sticks with me for emergency back up.
Enjoy the rest of your day everybody!
