I think I've gambled three times (slot machines) and never saw the appeal. I'm really careful with my money, so if I lost more than like $10 I'd be really mad at myself. I noticed all these seniors feeding the machines forever and felt really bad for them - were they gambling away their social security checks? I have no idea. Plus I found out a couple of years ago that a friend of mine is a compulsive gambler (slot machines). I've known her for a few years and never knew this before - but then, I suppose that's easy to hide (unlike food addictions!!) There have been several weekends when she and her husband have blown $5000 at a casino. I would freaking kill myself. And they can't stop. Fortunately, she makes a really good salary, but she told me they've had to declare bankruptcy twice because of their gambling. With my addictive personality, i don't want to go anywhere near that - so I'll never go to another casino again. (boy do I sound like Debbie Downer here - I didn't mean to!)
21 months out (this week has been challenging - but I have to keep pulling myself back on track!!!!)
B: homemade Greek yogurt, raspberries
S: snickerdoodle protein/fiber shake, coffee with half & half
L: 1 C turkey chili, 2 T plain Greek yogurt, orange
D: I think half a chicken salad wrap (with a Flat Out) and cole slaw (made with sesame-miso vinaigrette)
probably a L&F yogurt later - but again, I need to watch it - night eating is starting to become a problem. If I can keep it to a L&F yogurt, then fine - but if not - yikes!
Terrible food choices today because I woke up at my mom's with no power, no water. I do look on point today despite being unshowered, unshaved, etc. LOLOL
QOTD: I don't gamble much at all. I think I've been to a casino like once ever.
Before and after of my 100 lb loss! Most proud of this progress photo!!!
I'm eating what I can grab today since the kids and I left our home last night. At least it was peaceful until after my dad picked the kids up to "take them for a snow cone!" Mom and Dad are a huge support network. We're doing alright, and I will be enrolling them in a new school when I get of of work around noon.
Keep the swinging chickens coming our way, y'all!

Good morning JB and crew!
QOTD: Boy do I love gambling. Luckily for me, I also hate losing money and it depresses me, so I just stay away from casinos. Every now and then I bite on playing the lottery and then I dream for a couple days, but I tend to get very attached to the idea of winning and when I do not win I get depressed.
B: Fairlife with coffee and Miralax, Premier Protein chocolate with more coffee
L: HB egg and lite ranch, Dannon greek cherry yogurt
D: Chicken tenders, baked with red bell pepper strips
S: beef jerky (NOT the coins, I found lower cal stuff at Costco!), diet cran something with water
Totals: 718 calories, 114 protein 43 carbs 20 fat
I am currently the go-to person at school for all things diet. Yesterday the cook at school took me aside to ask privately how she could encourage regular bathroom habits with less fiber. I started to relay my vast knowledge of Miralax, Senakot, and MoM... by the time I was finished several more people had sat down at the table and I was pretty much having a staff meeting ;). This is important stuff!
I missed the photo Friday guidelines so I assume it is before/after. I had my co-worker take a picture of me this morning in one of my size 14 Ann Taylor shirts, love it.
