It's PHOTO FriYAY! Post 'em if you have 'em!
Last night's date was lovely! Grim has the pics on his phone so hopefully he will post them later :)
I am off to an early start today--hoping to be on the road before 5:30 because I have to drive to my school that is furthest away (120 miles each way) and there is a big winter storm coming. I am hoping to get there, do what I need to do, and get back on the road by 11:30am. The only thing that worries me about this plan is that I hope I don't get 1/2 way there this morning, and find out they canceled school!
My photo Friday is a before/after inspired by finally figuring out how to access my old OH account that I used during my 7 years with the band. I logged in and found a whole bunch of "before" pics that I did not even remember that I had. The first is from about 8 or 9 years ago. The second was taken a few weeks ago.
QOTD: Do you gamble? Slot machines? Table games? Lottery Tickets? I never have, and never found the appeal. Even when I was in Vegas I didn't even bother putting even one quarter into a machine... I often wish I could win the lottery, but I hear they make you actually play before giving out the money... Boo!
20 months post op / 119lbs today (grrr) / maintenance diet
B: Iced Coffee with Milk; Greek Starbucks Egg White Sous Vide Bites
S: Babybel & Chomps Meatstick
L: Turkey & Cheese Roll Up and Quinoa Cheesy "risotto"
D: Leftover Steak tips, and zucchini and summer squash!
Vitamins: Patches (D3, & Multi & Iron) Oral (Magnesium & Potassium)
Exercise: Not sure--probably no gym, so maybe the recumbent bike?
Good morning!
Interval training! eBay! Moving! Taking the afternoon off to pay way too much to ship my monitor and make far less money on the deal than anticipated. Also for my mental health. And because of snow. And... overtime tomorrow. Again.
QOTD: no I don't gamble. Sometimes someone gives me a scratch ticket and I like those, though... and when the mega millions pot gets really big there's a pool at work sometimes. I'll pitch into that if they ask me just for team spirit. And I don't say anything at work about the lottery being a tax on people who are bad at math... I figure people won't like me much if I say that.
JB, I love the before/after pics! I need to find a good before pic. I've been suppressing bad pictures of myself for so long it's hard for me to find a decent one...
Plan:
Breakfast: coffee with 2 oz premier protein.
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
Lunch: zucchini egg bites and bean salad
Snack: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with scoop of protein powder.
Dinner: eggface cauliflower "mac" & cheese
Exercise: freaking intervals
Totals:
Calories: 740; protein: 87; carbs: 48
So the other day at brunch my best friend made the mistake of asking me about my makeup so she'll get some ideas for higher quality tried and true brands. Now she's getting daily selfies (beginning and end of day) with product rundowns. I like this one so much I made it my profile picture. Snow be damned. This lipstick says spring!!!!

I finally tried that lipsense lipstick and gloss that you have to buy from a person selling it...long lasting...as in I find at least 6 hrs... many people say they get more...just have to keep reapplying gloss....I like it. I actually bought it from this woman in Hawaii... LOL. Aloha Kisses on FB... she is not my friend, just who I bought it from if you want to look :)

Well.... since you asked...
I started with my moisturizer and sunscreen (cerave and vanicream) then primed with Clinique superprimer. Foundation: Clinique even better foundation. Benefit POREfessional balm blended over foundation. Clinique line smoothing concealer. For eyes I did sephora brand microsmooth baked eyeshadow trio in green flash. Mascara is a Dior show sample I have. Too faced Better than sex is my fave, but I ran out and I'm not letting myself buy more just yet because I have a bunch of other perfectly good mascara.
Ok... after eyes we have.... brows! Benefit gimme brow gel. Tarte Amazonian clay blush in glisten. Ulta contour kit (light side). And.... nyx setting spray in dewy finish.
Oh and the lipstick is Buxom big healthy lipstick in Miami.

Everything I know I learned from the pros at sephora and YouTube tutorials. If you want to get into makeup but don't know where to start there are people at sephora who can help. I love the people there because they're not pushing any particular brand and if you give them your budget they'll work with it.
