What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Cold is bad. Sleep is good. Feel Better... BTW Being knocked out sounds like a good solution to me. What's the problem?

Here is my menu for the day. I can't even think about food till I am up for a while. I have to have at least 24 oz of coffee to get my ass moving. Even then it finds it's way back to my chair in front of the computer.
B:Coffee
L:Canned salmon with a greek salad I made yesterday. With tomatoes cucumber, chickpeas, olives and feta
D:Stuffed peppers with turkey that I made yesterday
I went to the store and started cooking. I made chicken salad. Roast chicken breast some buffalo and some just plain. I made a greek salad.
I needed to get my ass in gear. Just feeling like crap from eating crap.
Canned salmon isn't bad on top of a greek salad. I am proud of myself. Going to the grocery store hungry I am guilty of that a lot. It totally made a difference. I still get freaking head hunger even when I am full. So I just shop the outer part of the grocery store.

Good morning everyone!
We had a great day yesterday visiting with his parents. They really are awesome people. They live in Port Dover which is on Lake Erie so while he went to an appointment with his mom I went for a walk down to the pier with his dad. It was about a 5 mile walk and basically flat with the exception of one steep hill right before you get to the water, a walk he takes almost everyday. As we started out the idea of coming back up the hill was bouncing around in my brain and I had some nerves about panting my way back up and being embarrassed. Not how it worked out though. Walked and talked the whole way up with zero issues and he asked me to slow down a little on the walk back. Crazy times.
QOTD I've never had the desire to own my own store but my BF always talks about having a food truck. Specifically a sandwich truck but the conversations are purely hypothetically.
B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier
L- turkey slices
D- chicken thighs
S- premier in coffees, skyr yogurt w/ protein powder
Totals 565 cals, 99g protein, 10g carbs
Have an awesome Thursday!
Christine

So, taken from my Pollyanna brain that has mostly unicorn rainbow thoughts... a food truck sounds like so much fun!!! (never mind all the hassle, work, permits, and crap... I just like to think happy thoughts when I'm fantasizing!)

He shares your Pollyanna mindset! He'll get himself amped up on the idea and the second he starts to get serious about a plan reality kills the enthusiasm. lol

Good morning JB and crew!

After that when my mother wanted out (fyi no money in fabric) I morphed it i to a yarn store. FYi also no money in yarn, but I had a great five years knitting whatever I wanted ;)

I'm 8 years post RNY. I don't post often because my daily eats are kinda boring.
QOTD: I've always wanted to have a Tea Room. I love beautiful china, the sweets and savories (not that I can indulge much now with gluten sensitivity and reactive hypoglycemia !!) I'd have all kind of teas, tea making/serving accessorites. My husband and I used to travel and find tea rooms and it was lovely.
Breakfast:
Hot Protein drink (BlueBonnet chocolate whey isolate with SF Dolce Latte syrup)
Snack: 1/2 FitJoy chocolate peanut butter bar
Lunch: ham and cheese roll-up, berries (strawberries, raspberries & blueberries)
Snack: 1/2 pouch Kay Vanilla cereal (dry) or Baby Bel cheese
Supper: My mix of pumpkin puree, Fage 0% plain greek yogurt, scoop of vanilla BlueBonnet protein, pumpkin pie spice, SF Cinnamon Brown sugar and SF caramel syrup. Mix in a bowl until blended and dust top with cinnamon
Snack before bed: 1/2 serving (2 squares of Lindt dark chocolate with sea salt) and hot tea
All Day: water, ice tea, hot tea (with or without organic half and half)
Note: I use BlueBonnet (Amazon) whey isolate because it has stevia and no Sucralose)
Penny
I buy the pouches of Kay cereal to eat as a snac****asionally... How do you eat just 1/2 a pouch?? I have a hard time eating 1/2 of anything...
