Just to save you a step... I've never tied my chickens legs together...

And that sounds so funny typing it out!

Edited to add that I would neither pat it dry either... The wet skin holds all the seasonings I throw all over it better I think... stick it on a beer can full of beer (opened), and it adds a great flavor too, and you can pose it standing up in the roasting pan too... Hahaha

They make BCC (beer can chicken) holders where you place the seasoned chicken on a beer can(beer can is 1/2 full of beer) and you can put it in the oven or on a grill or smoker and cook it indirect heat(for those people who do not use smokers, it means that you put chicken the away from the charcoal and directly over it). It comes out so juicy and flavorful! It used to be one of my favorite foods until surgery. Now I can't even look a chicken without wanted to get sick. I really hope this passes soon!

It looks like this. This happens to be Beer Can Turkey on a very big beer can but it all works exactly the same. I don't use the stand however the stand makes more stable.

QOTD: I would open a knitting store! I never have the time to knit anymore and I find it so relaxing and comforting. I love all the different textures and colors and learning more about knitting so I think that would be a lot of fun for me.

Happy first date anniversary. I remember ours. We walked around the OU campus and then went out for bad Chinese. I was enchanted.

There is no food in my house. I've been out of town and I don't know what my family did while I was gone but it's scary around here. I'm very tired and on east coast time. I think coffee and water will be my primary intake with some eggs thrown in.

I worked full time starting when I was 16. I never had to work retail. I consider myself blessed. I would never want a store.
