What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning all
My scale is not moving much...think I may have hit some kind of stall a little earlier than the 3 weeks. I'm not gonna let it get to me though, I'm just gonna keep on plugging away.
QOTD: I really don't remember much about Kindergarten at all. I do remember prior to starting kindergarten I got to go with my cousin to his kindergarten class (where I would eventually go). All of the kids that were in kindergarten could bring someone who would be starting the next year.
Menu:
Breakfast - Protein Shake, light cranberry juice
Snack - 1/2 Triple Zero Greek Yogurt
Lunch - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Snack - 1/2 Triple Zero Greek Yogurt
Dinner - Starkist Ranch tuna pouch
Calories - 460, Protein - 72, Carbs - 28
Have a great hump day everyone.

Hello my Menu Friends! Oh how I've missed you!
Have to tell you that Austin was SO.MUCH.FUN!! Really enjoyed the touristy things we did (The Capital, LBJ's Library, and his private residence, driving in the hill country, walking everywhere, and enjoying the warm delicious temps and sunshine... oh, and OF COURSE, meeting Elizabeth!) Not sure if she posted any pics here, but I will add a couple if so!! And I SO ENJOYED getting to spend time with her and her hubby! We ended up getting to hang out twice, and both times were great! Now I'm looking forward to when they can make it up to OKC again, and I'm putting Elizabeth on my giant Mule for a ride around!
QOTD: Kindergarten was so long ago! I remember we lived right across the street from the school, so walking was super simple... and I remember the classroom I was in was in the basement with the tiny little windows... I remember what the school looked like, and I remember what I wore on picture day (probably because I've seen the picture a million times)... we moved after K, and I remember a lot more about the next school I went to.
The vacation also brought a wonderful surprise on the scale, and this morning I weighed in at 145.6... a new low, and basically this puts me at that arbitrary goal that I picked oh so long ago at my first NUT appointment... I also see that perhaps another 10 lbs would be great if I can pull it off... I think I still have enough fat in my legs and belly to do that and probably would like a little more cushion for the long term.
B: 2 cups of decaf with half and half
B2: sous vide egg cup (bacon and cheddar)
L: I grabbed a few containers of frozen stuff, thinking beef roast
D: Steaks... not sure if I'll even make a side
S: My standard latte with fairlife milk
Have a good one!
With our hubby's... having a great time! Never mind my crazy eyes! LOL

Hi everyone! What a super cute QOTD. I remember the most random things from kindergarten. I loved story time. I loved when they wheeled in the milk cart. I loved recess. I also remember that there was a kid who's last name was Kiner, and he was allergic to errrrything, and so people couldn't bring in anything with nuts or peanut butter or all these other ingredients for their birthday treats, and kids would say "Matthew Kiner, poopy whiner" (first name has been changed to protect the innocent). My god kids can be mean :(
I hate to say, but the DC weather today is gorgeous - sunny and high 60s. I hope April brings you much warmer days up there!
Time Since Surgery: 3 years, almost 4 months
B: Coffee with cream, a bunch of crap, don't ask
L: Leftover tilapia, salad with snow peas, cucumbers, olives
D: I am roasting a chicken! With potatoes and onions. I had to send a picture to my mom to ask her if it was breast up in the pan and she responded with a resounding NO! Now I just need to hope that I can tie the legs together with dental floss since I can't find string anywhere!
Vitamin patches on, 32 oz of water already in.
Hoping to find time to go do the elliptical today at the gym! And dye my roots. Sigh.
Have a great day!
Use unwaxed floss if you can.
Folks have started fistfights over the breast up/breast down debate.

Good morning! It was 60 degrees at 5:30 this morning and is supposed to get up to 80 today! Sorry about the weather there JB and for that matter, everywhere that's not going to be 80 today!!
Yesterday was a long, tough day. Today should be a breeze in comparison so I'm thankful for that. I am incredibly sore from head to toe from pilates last night. It kicked my ass but I am really proud of myself for getting through it. I will not use this as an excuse not to go the gym tonight!!
QOTD - Kindergarten -I remember being teased for being left handed, making ice cream in one of those big old fashion wooden churning buckets with a crank and learning French.
4+ months since surgery
b-coffee w/heavy cream and splenda
b2-salami
l-beef jerky and hard boiled egg
d- taco meat w/hot sauce and a little sour cream

Yes, I did! I grew up in Mass. Where I lived there was no public kindergarten offered, so I went to a private one. In public school, I started French in 3rd grade. I wish I could still speak it!

Good morning! I've been absent for a bit but mostly because I drink pretty much the same protein compilation each day, lol. Today is my first follow up appointment (22 days post op since it got pushed) and I'm looking forward to weighing in on the Dr's scale.
B: Chocolate Unjury
L: Chocolate Unjury
S: Crystal light and Unjury
D: maybe puréed something if Dr says it's okay :)
