Measuring--volume vs weight
Thank you! I am concerned with calories and volume I guess. I think I've been having too many veggies. I religiously weigh my protein but then just eat veggies after and I think I need to change that. I'm 6mos out and losing but I want to make sure I don't screw anything up. I highly regard your advice so I appreciate it.
