Good luck! I have to say, after decades of marriage therapy and individual therapy, I'm a BIG FAN of "CBT" therapy. It worked wonders for me!

I love reading everyone's first date stories!!
QOTD: My boyfriend and I met when we were in college, 30 years ago. We were best friends for years before we were romantically involved, so I'm not sure technically what our first date was. He was on the basketball team and I ran the stairs in the coliseum while they practiced. Afterwards we would talk for hours. After reconnecting 8 years ago, our first date was dinner at Chili's. Not really romantic. We do the long-distance thing and he has been here for a week for work. WTH do I do with him for a week??
My eating is good, which is usually hard when B is here because we go out to eat a lot. I need to do better with my vitamins and supplements this week (I'm 90% good with these but need to be 100%).

Good afternoon. It's been a busy and hectic day, so I'm pretty late posting.
QOTD: I can't tell you that he's my true love...more like true loathing at this point. I'm trying to stay positive, but this is really not working for me. Anywho, first date was....drunk at a party, needed food, we all went to the nearest truck stop to have some french fries and gravy. Ok...so first real date was to monster trucks and out for mexican food after that. He's never changed, that's his idea of a romantic night. I should have seen past the blue eyes. Jerk.

Well, I had wanted to be at 100 lbs lost as of today. I missed that goal by 1 lb! I'll take it. 58 lost since surgery, pretty impressive.

QOTD: I met my true love in a bar 26 years ago.. he was playing in a band and my best friend was crushing on one of the other band members and I went out with her one night as her wing woman. Him and I became fast friends and six months later he asked me out for drinks three month after that we got engaged and year later we got married. In September we will celebrate 25 wonderful married years together. I am so happy I get to spend the rest of my life with him. Can't imagine it without it.

L: steak tips, 1/4 of a roll, and one bite of a cannoli (it was so good but yup I did stop at one bite because I felt really guilty eating it)
D: manwhich made with turkey meat
Have a great evening menu family....
