Good morning! I had my mid-year performance review yesterday and it went really well! I got to vent a little about my commuting woes and she was so amazing about helping me think through ways to be flexible and cut down on the travel. It's nice to feel so supported :)
QOTD: As you all know Grim and I met here on the menu thread and then started dating a year ago. Our first date (although we didn't know it was a date yet) to see To Kill a Mockingbird at a theater that was playing old movies in Harvard Square. So tell me--what was your first date with your true love?
20 months post op / (haven't weighed myself yet!) / maintenance diet
B: Iced Coffee with Milk; Greek Yogurt & Fresh Berries
S: Turkey & Cheese Roll Up and Hard Boiled Egg
L: Chicken Shu Mai with Low Sodium Soy Sauce
S: Babybel Cheese & Almonds
D: Steak?
Vitamins: Patches (D3, & Multi & Iron)
Exercise: 3 mile run & 1 hour on the elliptical
Gm! My first date was to Thunder over Louisville, a huge firework show we have around here to celebrate the opening of Derby season. I remember not liking Jason too much at that point--but he kept coming around haha!
B- siggis yogurt and almond slivers
L- tuna with mayo on diced romaine
D- fresh mozzarella with marinara
S- steak slivers
totals- haven't added it up yet. I'm hoping the steak this afternoon helps to ward off my afternoon vending snack affliction. I'm hovering around 158-160 pounds and really have to push through to get to 150, which is where I want to be at a minimum.

Good morning!
Back at the gym! I have to remember to brush my teeth BEFORE I come now. Since surgery my breath is terrible. I was so self conscious in class I was practically suffocating myself trying not to breathe on anyone.
QOTD: I haven't met my true love.
Breakfast: coffee with 2 oz premier protein
Snack: half cup Greek yogurt with scoop of protein powder
Lunch: Morningstar grillers prime veggie pattie, protein fudge for dessert!
Snack: half cup cottage cheese
Dinner: zucchini egg bites and bean salad
Exercise: spin class!
