Make sure I've got these vitamins right

They made some changes to my supplements after my last labs. I'm tinkering, trying to get it all in to four slots if possible. Does this look ok?

breakfast- omeprazole, 1 multi capsule (celebrate complete), 1 calcium

lunch- 2 multi capsules, 1 iron tablet (is this too much iron at once?)

mid afternoon- calcium, vitamin d

evening- calcium

Celebrate has several Multis so not sure which one you are taking... If it has iron in it, you should not be taking it with calcium, There needs to be 2 hours in between.

Your comment at lunch makes me think their is iron in it. I have never seen a limit on taking iron all at once like there is with calcium... can you take the first calcium mid morning?

I take my iron before I go to bed - then it doesn't conflict with anything.

I guess I'll move one of my calciums to before bedtime. THat's where I had it, I was trying to make the meds four times a day instead of five, but it's not that big a deal. I used to take them four times a day, and then they added another calcium and the extra iron.

Oh my goodness. Five times a day??? Are you low in something? I take everything in the morning, and use the iron and calcium patch, so I guess that makes it easier. But I could not remember to take pills five times a day. Good luck!

I'm low on iron and vitamin d. I was low on vitamin d before surgery. Calcium has been normal but parathyroid is high which means your body is pulling calcium out of your bones, so they have me on more calcium too. An iron and calcium patch would be great, I'm going to have to look into those!

On the schedule they gave me you can only do 4 times a day if you have a multi without iron because you can't take the calcium together with the iron. They told me I need to stay on this schedule until/unless my labs say I need less vitamins...
