Rushing this morning as I have a million things going on for work Weekend was EPIC! Meeting up with Pamela was awesome sauce!

QOTD: I read and lurked for a few weeks. Then started commenting and posting.

Menu: B: Greek yogurt w/ homemade granola; L: Freezer surprise (I think this one is chili); D: Taco meat with tomatoes, mozzarella slices, reduction, basil; S: Orange; ES: Chobani Simply 100

Accountability: Had a back slide on smoking Sat night while we were out at a bar but Sunday was totally clean again. My Guy is being awesome amazing supportive and he said we both really just need to avoid bars/drinking for a while until our 'quit' is better entrenched. It has really been great that he is working this with me. Weight is great. Back down to 122 this morning.

Have a great day!!

D sirloin pork chop, carrots and half of sweet potato

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Forgot the QOTD I lurked about a couple months before posting on vsg forum. Then I expanded to other forums, lurked for quite awhile before posting.

Morning. Court this morning, so late post for me. I was not ready for Monday, but since it's here, I'll make the most of it.

JBQOTD - Yes, I lurked for a while before I started posting. I had my first appt with my surgeon's group in January, 2014 and my surgery was in May, 2014. I started reading in January, but I probably didn't make my first post for a good six months. Posting on this thread may have been how I started . . . of course, back then I was the VSG interloper and you all were so welcoming!!

My Plan:

B: deli ham 2 oz and cheese 1 oz

L: either leftover ribeye or a chicken breast

D: bunless bacon cheddar burger

S: Skinny vanilla latte, hardboiled egg, light and fit.

Totals later!

Hello Everyone,

I had a great weekend in Tulsa, OK and now I'm back at the grind. I had to have a lot of food options and always had a shake or protein bar with me if the need arose and I made it though fine!

QOTD: I've technically been a members since 2005 when I was checking into the band that I ultimately got in 2006. I lurked for awhile and then asked questions. I didn't really start bac****il I started having problems with the band and started reading about revision. It was really helpful in making the choice to revise.
