Congrats!! I'm down 83 and can't wait for the other 17 to leave :) We moved to a new house 2 weeks ago and for the 1st time in our 36 1/2 yrs of marriage, I lasted longer doing the move than my sweet hubby.

I'm not sure 20 pounds 'naturally' comes back, it involves people eating more calories and regaining.
