Yeah it's finally going to get up to 50 this week but I need 75 before my face unfreezes and my smile comes back.

The tuna in the Sous Vide did not disappoint!!

Morning RNY'ers! I just finished my run and whipped up some waffle batter for the kiddos. I'll jump in the shower and then cook breakfast. No plans again today. I payed scrabble last night with my son and enjoyed it so- I hope I can talk him into another game today.

Yesterday I had a stuck. At first I thought turkey was just sitting heavy (cause it usually does). Then that damn salivating thing started. It took nearly 2 painful hours but I got threw w/o throwing up. valuable lesson- no matter how far out you are you still have to be careful and chew, chew chew!

Qotd: favorite movie of all time is A Bronx Tale. I really like Robert Dinero- so most of my favs include him Meet the Parents has me in stitches any time I watch it. I loved Nothing to Lose too. Favorite Christ movie is Christmas with the Kranks.

Good morning menu Peeps! No exciting plans today just church and housecleaning on the agenda. Lily and I already have our 3.2 miles done and will probably do at least another mile after supper if it's nice. Post op 4 years 6.75 months and weight at 117.2 today. QOTD favorite movies are Shaws hank Redemption, The Green Mile and an oldie To Kill A Mockingbird. Also love Forrest Gump too. Here's the food plan for maintenance today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli ham and cheese roll up with 100 call cup guacamole D 1 c chili S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices that move you one step closer to your goal!
