Good morning! I love Sundays.

I love The Princess Bride! Other favorites that I seem to be able to watch a million times and never get bored by are: Mean Girls, When Harry Met Sally, Parent Trap (original), Shawshank Redemption, and Waiting for Guffman :)

I brought Grim to the airport first thing this morning. I am on my own for a few days and I am determined to use my alone time to get super duper organized. I am looking up recipes on Pinterest now, and heading to the grocery store soon.

Since I haven't worked out the grocery list, yet, I am not sure about the menu! But I do already have an Ahi Tuna steak in the Sous Vide pot. Mmm!

Vitamins: Patches (D3, Iron & Multi) Oral (Magnesium, Potassium & 2 additional Iron)

Exercise: My running program calls for a mile outside (no treadmill allowed) but it is so damn cold... Not sure if I will end up at the gym or use the bike/elliptical at home.

You can do an outside run! For me so long as it's over 20 degrees it's ok. 20 or under and the cold air hurts my lungs... You'll warm up so long as you have a hat and gloves.

I have witnesses that can attest that I haven't "warmed up" in over 7 years since my lapband surgery. Cold air is my nemesis and I avoid it all costs. No idea why I live in Boston...

It's like my oldest son who hates winter and followed his girlfriend to Minneapolis and my youngest who loves cold weather and followed a job to Georgia. Sometimes that's just the way things work out!

Nope. White wine seems to be the only thing that warms me. Maybe I should try that before my outside run ;)

20 degrees is my bottom line too for running outside. I won't run on very windy days either

I accidentally forgot my hat and mitts when I took the dog out this morning. I know we're further north, but all the nopes for outdoor running today. My vote would be increase the incline on the treadmill.

I need to get my Day 3-week 2 done. It is overdue...just been a little rough around the edges this week. Woke up determined and rain! ugh!

I did buy a waterproof windbreaker kinda jacket at Costco for $20...good old Costco....no excuses really not actually downpouring...

I have been out in teh cold since starting this App, I have to wear a scarf wrapped around my neck so I can pull it over my mouth when walking...as the cold air does hurt my lungs...

Ahi Tuna - Yum! It's still cold up there? I'll be home a week from today. If i didn't have to work, I think we'd stay in Florida for another month.
