Good morning all. I don't envy your snow Insert Fitness and it's no wonder you're thinking about warmer weather. We are almost 60 here in Illinois but had lots of rain overnight. More rain predicted for later too so Lily and I already have our 3.2 miles in just in case. Absolutely no exciting plans for the weekend here. Just more cleaning and puttering I imagine. QOTD I love warm weather activities especially camping. Even though we have been going out in warmer stretches this winter it's so much more fun in the nice weather. We have a two week trip planned on the 4th and I can't wait. We'll be taking the longer tour of Mammoth Cave, going to a two day cowboy shoot at Rock castle shooting center and then wandering to national parks in Kentucky and Tennessee. I can't Wait! Post op 4 years 6.75 months and weight at 117.4 today. Maintenance food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c shrimp salad 1/2 c diced tomatoes D 1 c chili S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goal!

You are so good with your exercise and eating! I hope you don't mind me asking, but we are about the same size: How much does your weight typically vary (and your calories)?

My weight usually varies between 117 and 119. Lately I've consistently been 117 and some change. Calories vary by a couple hundred day to day. I've been fortunate to be very consistent even when I wasn't able to exercise due to foot surgery. I did have to knock the carbs like the oats and protein bars out then to keep the weight the same. I've been in maintenance mode for just shy of 4 years now.

Good morning!

Working 6 hours overtime today. For the 5th Saturday in a row. This is making my moving prep extra hard. I never posted that stuff i have to sell yesterday... though I did look up my monitor on eBay for comparison pricing.... this afternoon I definitely will. I must. I refuse to move stuff I don't use into my new apartment!!!!!

QOTD: I consider myself moderately outdoorsy. I like sun, sky, nature, and the beach, but I despise mosquitos and being dirty. I look forward to running by the river at my new place (move in 3 weeks), walks with my dog, and the beach while less self-conscious about my swimsuit.

Breakfast: coffee with 2 oz. premier protein
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch: Ricotta Bake made with a scoop of unflavored whey protein.
Snack: Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder
Dinner: Morningstar "chick'n" strips with marinara and Italian blend cheese melted on top.

Cal: 746 carb: 29 protein: 97

Exercise: spin class.

Morning folks. I'm mad I missed confident photo Friday - I do plan on browsing through the thread sometime today. I've been on my run (4.5miles, I'm 1/2 way to my 5 mile goal!!) and am at bowling with my son. No other plans today.

Qotd: I have specific things I want to do this summer- bike ride more, run more, and kayak. I'm not into hiking. I would like to camp for the experience- but I doubt I'd make a habit of it. I'll also spend time In My yard- weeding, Making things look nice.

Good morning OHer's!! I've been up since 5am, I couldn't sleep in as I would have liked. I was dreaming about coffee and I just had to get up and make some. French press this morning, glorious! Busy day today, we are taking the dogs to the park, then shopping for a new suit for BF, grabbing lunch out, finally seeing Beauty and Beast this afternoon! Then home for some outdoor chores-cleaning the patio furniture, the BBQ, weeding and some planting!

QOTD - I've always loved being outside and I love the sun. Being active outside is different. At 300 pounds, my outdoor activities like hiking were limited due to the heat. I would overheat so easily and be miserable so I would limit my activity to early morning and after the sun was low. I'm finding this is getting easier, I don't run as hot in fact I'm colder than I ever remember being. This is great as it opens up a whole new world for me and being able to comfortably be out on warmer days and be more active. I'm looking forward to more hiking, eventually mountain climbing, kayaking and lately I've wanted to paddle board!

4 months out from surgery

Still sticking to meat. It's a no brainer and I find I don't obsess about food as much

b-jet fuel strength coffee w/heavy cream and splenda + Starbucks soon - not sure what yet.

b2-spicy smoked sausage

l-grilled chicken - going out to lunch

d-curry chicken

v/l goood

e 2.5 miles with the pups

Have a great day!

Happy Saturday!!!!!!

QOTD: I'm a beach/water lover (I'm a Pisces - hmmmm) and like to take walks. We used to camp with the older kids but it was small tent rustic camping and I eventually didn't want to do that anymore. We have kayaks which we need to break out more once we retire. NSV I just thought of: how much easier to get in and out of the kayak now!

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese

D: Probably a fish based appetizer - out to dinner again at fish place on the beach with DD and DH

S: almonds and protein bar
