Good morning menu peeps. No exciting plans for today or the weekend just some housecleaning. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already and may take a stroll around the neighborhood after supper tonight too.QOTD I don't really watch cooking shows because they trigger me to want to eat. Hubby however watches them all the time. When it starts getting to me I get up and leave the room and find something to do. He loves Alton Brown. Post op 4 years 6.75 months and weight at 117.4 today. Food plan for maintenance B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 4 ounces ground venison 1/2 c Santa Fe veggie blend D 31/2 oz baked cod 1/2 c cucumber salad S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goal!

Cute outfit! You always look so confident in your new size, Karen. If I hadn't seen your before picture, I would never believe it!

And to think that 5 years ago I was staying out of pictures and schlumping around with straight hair,no jewelry or accessories and about 4 outfits of clothes. All the pants were either sweat pants or had elastic in the waist. I love that jowls I can go in any store anywhere and find something pretty that I feel good in. WLS was the best decision I ever made and life on this side, even with its struggles is SO much better!
