Good morning, menu crew! Services for my husband's aunt today, so I'm about to leave work to head that way. I wanted to get this on here before I left. I don't know why I would want to, because my planning is a little out of whack today....like....zilch planning went into this.
QOTD: Pioneer Woman...hands down. Second place: Guy on Triple D
3.75 mo post op / have no idea / husband still holding scale ransom
B: 2 oz mild cheddar
S: PB2, 1/2 banana
L: No idea, but protein forward (lunch with family after services)
S: cheese stick or yogurt
D: Chicken hobo dinner, squash, broccoli, mushroom
S: tuna
Picture is of me before WLS (285) and down 95 lbs (current weight) before I hit this dreaded month long stall.
