What's on your (PHOTO) Friday, RNYers?

your passport photo is fantastic! I had my new passport photo taken two days ago, and I look awful!! Not only is it a typical "mug shot" type thing (most people do look like criminals in them!), but the lighting was awful so I can see every bone and wrinkle in my face and neck. Ugh!!

QOTD: I don't really watch cooking shows - we don't have cable. I know they have some on PBS, but I don'****ch them (I rarely turn on the TV in general - maybe only once a month - if that!). I really would like to see the British baking show, though - I've heard it's great!!!

my weight is finally starting to drop again. I think I've just been waterlogged the last few days.

21 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries

S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber mocha latte

L: 1 C turkey chili with 2 T plain Greek yogurt, apple

D: sirloin steak with mushroom sauce, coleslaw made with miso-sesame vinaigrette

probably another Greek yogurt later. I've been making those shamrock shakes almost every day after work (the recipe that was on OH's home page, only I've used powdered vanilla protein rather than RTD). Calories on them is OK, but still, I need to quit making these things - I've become an addict!

Morning menu friends!!!! We leave for Austin in a few hours, and I"M SO EXCITED TO BE MEETING ELIZABETH!!! We'll be having our own Photo Monday I hope

QOTD: I can't keep up with names of the famous cooks that I see on TV... I really can only watch so much of 'foodie' TV before I start dreaming up things to make that typically I don't need to be making... I do like the Pioneer Woman, but mostly because I used to read her blog long before she got all famous and started selling **** at Walmart (which frankly, bummed me out that she chose that place of all places)...

B: sous vide egg bites (I made my daughter some for while we're gone, she loves them)

L: On the road... no clue, but it'll be something full of protein - even if only a hot dog from the gas station!

D: Breakfast officially ends the planning of my menu for the next four days... here's to the best choices I can make!

S: I will have beef jerky in the car, but seriously, if I pack it, I will eat it... and I am more likely to NOT snack and NOT eat things I don't need in the car if it's NOT there... packing protein things for a drive doesn't work for me.

(Upon returning, I will be self imposing an AMAW week for myself... time to get to losing a few more pounds before I screw this all up! I've been feeling a bit like a failure inside since the weight loss stopped. Not making hugely wrong choices, but clearly something MUST change if I intend on losing any more weight... REALLY folks, it gets harder and harder...)

I took this picture during an open house I did last weekend... I felt so put together, and I felt like I looked like a professional successful Realtor! (Even if I'm still working on that part) I wish the lighting was better...

My "road snacks" trick is to put them in the trunk. That way if I'm getting truly famished or need a pick me up, it's worth pulling off the expressway to get into the trunk!

That's a great idea. Like me hiding the snackS that tempt me in the back corner of the cupboard. If you really need them they are there but not easily accessible.

Happy Fridaaaaaay!!!

QOTD: I love Bobby Flay. He is getting a bit celebrity-ish and ****y but I like his sense of humor and his style.

Food today: chicken and chunky veggie soup and chicken salad on 34° crackers.

My picture is from last night. 91 lbs down!
