Anybody work 12 hour shifts?
Does anybody work strenuous 12 hour shifts that rotate between days and nights?
How do you work in the eating and lifting and pushing and pulling of your job?
I work on busy units - and days like today include no breaks and one decaf coffee, one opti, one bottle of water and one diet pop....
Advise? Besides the obvious....take care of yourself first.

Another good option is Otsrim meat sticks. High quality with tons of protein! 15gm of protein for a 1.5 oz stick. they have great flavors. I sue them all the time when working long days. You can find them on Amazon or or Ostrim.com. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
