I'm 6mos out and I stick around 600 or 650 max. Is that too low. I'm fine with that amount.

a lot of people here do 600-800 the first six months or so. So no, it's not too low. I could never go that low and stayed around 800 the first few months, but a lot of people are fine at that level.

I am 4 months out today and I was wondering how many calories also. My nut also told me not to count calories and not to worry about it. I have been averaging 650-800 a day. I just don't want to screw this up!

I think you are doing great Kandace. I have not been a huge loser, just slow and steady and I am fine with that.

Its a bit high to me. I looked back on my fitness pal and I was between 600-725 ish
