Anti-inflammatory alternatives???
Thanks everyone. I actually went to see my doctor yesterday afternoon. She said my muscles were tight and possibly pulled one in my back. She gave me a muscle relaxer and a list of exercises to do. I feel much better today. I switched office chairs and that is helping a ton. Taking Tylenol while at work and alternating heat and ice. Gonna walk on lunch for a bit today just to be moving. If it starts to hurt I will stop. She did say icyhot may help but was more concerned about me doing the stretching exercises to strengthen my core. I did them last night and i think that is what helped me get out of bed this morning.
