Awe what a sweet pup! Fur-babies are the most amazing family memebers and support. I am glad she is doing okay and proving them wrong!

What a beautiful girl! I'm still processing the lost of my mastiff girl a couple weeks ago. It's so freaking HARD to cope with the loss of a dog!

I'm so glad you're getting to enjoy her company every day!

Good Morning!I can't wait to zip line again, it was a ton of fun. There is one near the coast that I would like to plan.

Love "GrimBerry", totally cute.

QOTD: Hmmm, tough question. The only thing I can think of is the decision to pursue plastic surgery. At the beginning of this journey I would have never ever thought I would ever even consider it. It will definitely change things-especially for the weeks of recovery. I am not the best at asking for or accepting help. Now back to trying to put it out of my mind for now......

Time since surgery: 2 years, 7 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Spaghetti squash casserole (grilled chicken, shredded mozzarella and Alfredo sauce) and baby carrots

S:SF latte, Yoplait Greek 100 mixed berry yogurt, string cheese and jerky

D: Buddig turkey pack lettuce wraps, and ¼c FF cottage cheese

E: 7 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:998 Protein:121 Carbs:91 Fat:25

Have a great one!

I think you should combine it even further from GrimBerry into "Gerry" haha.

QOTD: No major decisions since WLS except for cutting all my hair off Saturday. That to me was major but it needed to happen after falling out. It was thin to begin with.
