Hope it went well! Advancing is scary,,,,just eat very slowly. Slower! Lol! When I made myself sick, it was usually because I would forget myself and eat too fast.

Morning everyone! I'm with my older at his follow up appt for his oral surgery. I'll go into work late- but we'll grab breakfast together :-)

qotd: our big life change really didn't happen. We were planning on relocating to NC after as my son transitioned to High school next year-- but he got into such a good high school here it'd be foolish to trade it for the unknown. So we're staying put. Prior to big life change had to be surgery/my new position both happened at the same time.

Good morning everyone!

I think GrimBerry is catchy, I can see the tabloids running with that one.

My surgery was 4 months ago today. Wow, I had to take a second to process that after I typed it. So much of my routine is just that, it's routine, it's normal to me now BUT at the same time there is still so much to learn and ingrain into that little ol' brain of mine. Today I plan in taking some progress pics (something I haven't been too great at) and I'll try some without my head. My month 4 loss was my biggest (huh?) and the past two weeks especially I've had some big drops that I have no logical explanation for but I'm not going to question it. Total loss since surgery 65.6 lbs and 4 pant sizes.

QOTD Surgery was my most recent big change and there's another on the horizon as I head back to work. I have also considered downsizing, not that my house is large by any means but I live in an expensive (read: overpriced) area and the idea of a reduction in my mortgage is very appealing. That's on the back burner for now but the idea is still floating around.

B- coffee w/ 1/2 chocolate premier

L- leftover turkey (must finish today)

D- leftover ribs

S- skyr yogurt w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder

Totals 582 cal, 85g protein, 6g carbs

Have a great day!
