I season them with all different spices, put them in the steamer tray for the instant pot and cook them. If I feel like it I might broil them after. I don't put breading on them.

Good Morning JB and Menu Family!

LOVE Grimberry! It's perfect!

QOTD: Definitely my surgery. Also adopting Blossom, (golden retriever mix) and Tippy, (chihuahua) a year or so ago has changed my life because I love those two doggies SO much! They replaced two 15 - year old dogs that had recently died. Blossom & Tippy have filled up my heart with so much love. I take one or both of them for a walk every day and Tippy is on my lap most of the time. I can't imagine life without my fur babies.

B: bacon & spinach egg frittata

L: chicken & wild rice soup

D: taco meat, cheese & 1/2 flour burrito

S: light n fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella stick

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
