Wow, what a story. His work here was not done yet! So glad you were able to be there for him.

I think you were the miracle. He probably wouldn't have survived without you. Blessings for both of you

Wow, you guys have been through a lot! Your husbands work is not done here and that's why the big guy upstairs still wanted him around(whatever that reason is). So glad things are better!

I know what you had to go through. My husband had very a similar health experience and I was his home health caretaker. He had the open wound that I needed to pack several times a day, the ostomy pack that needed cleaning, the catheter bag to empty and the IV's to start and stop. Bless you for seeing your husband through such difficult times!

Hey yall

So tired - Itty Bitty the rescue chi decided to eat food that was not his and dry heaved all night starting at 1 am. So we kept having to take him out to try to get him to poop. i finally gave up about 5 and decided to just log into work instead. 1 coffee down about to have breakfast then more coffee lol I'm already really tired!

QOTD: I think it was deciding to sell our house this year and getting rid of things. We have been here 12 years and have tons of space for 2 people and 4 tiny dogs. Plus would LOVE to downsize and not have a mortgage...

Weight 118.8 from the other day. I have not weighed yet but about to.

Maitenence diet food:

gizzards, gizzards, protein coffee, banana protein muffins, yogurt, not sure on dinner yet. Thinking crack chicken or something. Not quite sure depends on what DH wants.

I have tubs of frozen gizzards in my deep freezer, and no plans for them. Can you tell me how you prepare yours? I need ideas!
