It does sound glorious! I miss fruit. Maybe eating for a few days shakes up your system? I was thinking of going all meat now that I can tolerate it better. Hopefully you will be outta the 190's soon!

All meat is good. It helps with the protein goals. I'm thinking that on Monday, CAMAW again. I'm going to try this fruit thing for a few days.
I like the half a banana at night with PB2. It helps with a sweet tooth that I can't seem to shake, plus it's a little added protein! That's why the fruit I mentioned is frozen. It will keep that way. I can't eat much, and I add it to yogurt. I love the fruit, but it's just not feasible long term for me. I'll try it for a few days and see what I can accomplish.
Had a goal to have lost 100 lbs total by 4/1. I'm hoping I'll dump those last four/five pounds by then!!! Grrrr.

Late post for me. I had to go pick up some free clothes from my bariatric office. I got 6 pants and 2 skirts. My friend wanted to stop at goodwill. I got 2 dresses but I'll have to take one back and a pair of good sandals.
B egg mcmuffin and string cheese

Hi everyone,
QOTD: The life changes that am going through right now are gaining my health back and being able to do a little bit more physically. I am looking forward to being able to do much more as I continue to lose. Fortunately everything is going well. Realistically I now know that this could change in a second just as it did before surgery when I developed serious type 2 diabetes. Thank God with losing weight the diabetes has been resolved and with good nutrition it will continue to be controlled.
B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese
L: 3oz low sodium ham
D: 3 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 2 fork fulls of broccoli rabe w/evoo & garlic
