Psych/ need to lose 10 lbs

Had an appt with my Bariatric Psychologist yesterday. He was a little disappointed in me. You see, I had taken myself off of my appetite suppressant and gained the 10 lbs back that I had lost. :( But after talking to him, and coming up with a plan, I think he will approve me next appt in May. I'm really hoping this won't prolong the surgery. I have to get it done before July 1 (when my insurance rolls over). I'm really scared. I need to lose 10 lbs and am having a hard time sticking to any diet. I am taking my Saxenda shots though.
