Good Morning! JB, glad you had a relaxing Sunday, it's always nice to start out the week feeling refreshed.
QOTD: One of my items was to zip-line and as you all know I just did it a few weeks ago. And, for the record I don't count a 1/2 marathon as boring!
Time since surgery: 2 years, 7 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Beef lettuce wraps (Buddig beef pack/romaine lettuce leaves) and baby carrots with hot mustard as a dipping sauce
S: SF latte, Siggi strawberry/rhubarb yogurt, and jerky pack
D: Albacore tuna on top of a small salad with boiled egg and skinny girl poppy seed dressing
E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:970 Protein:108 Carbs:85 Fat:26

Good morning menu Friends! Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already today. QOTD I'd love to zipline and parasail. Post op 4 years 61/2 months and weight at 117.2. Food today for my maintenance diet B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz pork cubed steak 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz baked tilapia 1/2 c Santa fe veggies S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some conscious choices that move you one step closer to your goal! We're all worth the time and effort!
