Hey yall

Crazy weekend- glad it is over to be honest except for the gardening and shopping. Lots of comments on my body which I wasn't a huge fan of. I'm to the point I don't really like to talk about it and don't really care for the comments, your shrinking away, I don't think you need to lost more etc. I went to brooks brothers yesterday at the outlet, 80% off racks. YIKES I did find a pair of burgundy skinny pants with side zip I wanted for $18 which is SUPER cheap for the brand, but I went home without them to think about it and look at my pants in closet. Not sure just yet but may be going back. We will see...

QOTD: a few things. 1) stand up paddleboard yoga which I did last year. I was scared I would 1) fall off which I did , and 2) not be able to get back up, which I was able to successfully. I also made an awesomely tremendous exit off the board and it was so funny... Also on the list for THIS YEAR is kayaking, parasailing at beach, more paddleboard, zipline, and eventually sky diving??? I'm a wild woman now!!

Food for today:

protein coffee for a change, no oat oatmeal, cottage pie leftovers (ground lamb, turkey, cabbage, onion, garlic, and cauli on top), maybe crack chicken for dinner but not really sure. support group tonight

maintenance diet I suppose. Low weight 118.8 yesterday

It's not that great but I like it.

I do 1/2 cup cashew milk, 1/2 scoop prot powder, 1 tbl hemp seed, 1/2 tbl chia, and spenda and torani. let it sit overnight then i heat for about a min. It is kind of like cream of wheat but more watery.

Good morning JB and Gang. I have to warn you all, this post may be riddled with a lot of bad language. I will try to reign it in, but I just need to get it all out.

As if I needed more challenge in my life, my weekend was a complete cluster*****aturday morning was good, I had the usual day, puppy playtime and stuff. We had dinner plans with friends and then we went to a dueling pianos show. Dinner was excellent, I had chai masala rubbed pork loin. I hit up a fancy cheese shop and got a 1/4 pound of 8 year old cheddar, which I'm looking forward to eating. Then we went to the dueling pianos show and it started out so freaking fun. We were right in the front row, and they called my hubby up onto the stage to dance. Well, those of you who are friends with me on facebook have probably seen the video, it did not go as planned, or well for that matter. Turns out my hubby either tore or ruptured his Achilles or the muscle in the back of his calf. He's got an appointment with a specialist today, but more than likely he's going to need surgery. He's unable to walk on his right leg at all. He'll be off work for 6 to 8 weeks AFTER surgery, so there is that. He's in a lot of pain and can't do much but get to the bathroom and then back to the couch. He can't make it up the stairs to bed, and that's where the shower is, so we'll have to figure something out so he can wash himself, lol. He might like if I have to give him a sponge bath, but I'm not sure that I'd like it as much. His mom is taking him to the specialst this afternoon. I'm at work, since I'm now officially the breadwinner of the family, lol. Though his disability might actually still be more than what I make.

QOTD: We've finally gotten enough frequent flier miles with Delta to fly our whole family to Europe. We are going to start planning a trip for Summer 2018 when my oldest graduates from High School. I can't even imagine flying that far while SMO, and I probably wouldn't even have considered it. Now I'm excited and ready to go!

19 months since surgery

B: Light and Fit Greek Yogurt Smooties and coffee with SF coffeemate

L: Crab salad stuff made with greek yogurt, cream cheese and fake crab.

D: Chicken breast that I made in the crockpot this weekend.

S: didn't bring anything. I'm not feeling particularly hungry.

totals without snacks

Calories 590 Protein 64 Carbs 49 fat 15

Pray for me, or swing some chickens. I'm going to have to pull my big girl panties up and stop whining about my life, because it just got so much more complicated and I can't even afford to crack at all.
