Happy first day of SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!
I really don't have much left on my bucket list, we have traveled a lot, taken cruises, vacationed in the islands, gone to Vegas many times, so I guess the only thing I have left is to go to Ireland, supposingly my family has a castle on Gallway Bay and I would like to visit it. My husband is 100% Irish and has always wanted to visit.

Good Morning and Happy 1st day of Spring!
qotd: I don't have a bucket list per say but would love to try zip lining. I would also love to go horseback riding now I have lost st a lot of the weight. I used to barrel raced a lifetime ago and alway loved horseback riding. The last time was in 2006 on our honeymoon in Cancun which was awesome! I still have about 35 more pounds to lose but I honestly am just enjoying all the energy that I have now.
Menu:
B: 1 egg, 1 oz ham, 1 slice 2% American cheese
L: tuna and lettuce
S: protein shake
D: tbd but high protein and no carbs
Have a great day all!

I had no bucket list when this started except hopefully...cross my fingers get into a size 12. LOL...
This was never on my bucket list- but I am so glad I am no longer MO or this would be even more painful than it is. I have talked about this for awhile, but today is the day- My Son and family move to India today. While I will see them again, they actually should be back briefly in June.... It is a turning of a page, a new chapter in all of our lives. I am excited for them, and devastated all at the same time. If I was MO there would be no way I could get on that plane and go see them...too far to be squished in a seat, and too expensive to order 2 seats or fly first class....
Bucket List thing I didn't know was bucket list- Hiking- Love it! and trying running...I have to start slow on the running so actually running (at least some of the time) in a 5K is my goal. I was proud of myself, even though I had already exercised- and checked that off my list in the AM- (I love to do it that way.) I went out and did my running app late yesterday before it got dark...even in the cold... the little that I've done, is more than I ever thought possible. I actually find it very meditative and it is the only thing I've done where I really feel like I am pushing myself....
In my oh cr** zone with my weight, I was in it before I left for a few days away and the up 2 more.... I have got to get this ping ponging under control....I seem to have serious water retention once I am out of my routine... I lost 8lbs in 3 days after my traveling to Hawaii, and I could see my legs were swollen when I got back Saturday... so lots of fluids...and hope it shifts quickly...
B: Latte w/fairlife Milk x 2, one with miralax
L: Out at a diner- either eggs or last time they had chicken salad with avocado...may get that
S: Grilled Chicken-if needed
D: IP Pork Carnitas.... yum yum yum :) garnish with sour cream
S: siggi's plain greek yogurt and berries, Chocolate chai latte
EX: Pilates day 21-day fix. No running today, going for varicose vein treatment shots...

believe it or not, I remembered this morning that John and family were moving to India today. I'm so glad that now you'll be able to go and visit them!!!
QOTD: we used to take a big trip (usually abroad) every year, but we haven't in years. Between one after the other terminally ill cat, my fear of being kicked off planes because of my weight, and my father's illness for the last two years, it just wasn't to be. Now that we have healthy cats (although one is 18 years old - yikes!) and that I'm normal weight, maybe after my father passes and I've worked through some of the grief, maybe we can start traveling again. We really need to do it while we still can...so many years were wasted (but some for good reason!)
21 months out and still feeling like a bloated mess today:
B: homemade Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein/fiber shake
L: chicken wrap (chicken breast, 2 T hummus, spinach leaves, cucumber, grape tomatoes on a Flat Out wrap)
D: Michigan salad with chicken breast
probably another Greek yogurt if I can afford the calories (and don't still feel like the Michelin man!)
I'm sorry you'll be missing family, but I know how excited you are for them.
Time flies!
