Happy Monday!

I am grumpy this morning and not looking forward to work. I have so much to catch up on and it's overwhelming me a bit.

QOTD: I am looking forward to roller coasters!

B: Protien Shake

S: Protien Shake

L: Protien Shake

D: Soup Broth

Tomorrow I start adding in puréed foods so my menu will start to be a little less predictable LOL

Good Morning JB and Menu Family!

Today is officially the First Day of Spring! YAY!

QOTD: I don't really have an official "bucket list", but I'd love to go to Disney World or Disneyland with my daughter now that I can fit into the ride seats. She has also talked about maybe taking me on a cruise somewhere in the future and that sounds like fun! On a more practical level I'm loving being able to walk my dogs without getting out of breath and sore.

B: bacon & spinach egg frittata

L: Lettuce, chicken, cheese, low cal dressing

D: chili cheese dog

S: Light n Fit Greek yogurt

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

Exercise: Walking Blossom around the subdivision

Have a great FIRST DAY OF SPRING everyone!

~ Karen
