What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYer?
Hello everyone,
QOTD: I'm definitely a night owl given the opportunity. I worked 2nd and 3rd shift for many years which made me a night owl. With my current position I have to be up around 7am but I usually go to bed around 12.30am.
B: 2eggs, 2slices bacon, 1slice cheese
L: 3oz turkey breast
S: meat stick

Enjoy the rest of your evening everyone! I love that it's staying light later!

Guess I will hop on here instead of just reading. I'm 8 1/2 years out and totally fell off the wagon. The wagon wasn't even in sight until today. Made up my mind a few days ago to get back to bariatric eating instead of eat what I want, don't take time to fix food for myself and I can eat what I fix for DH and DS, just less of it. I've been grazing way too much.
Some of my favorite clothing items have too tight. I bought a few in the next size up but my hope is I'll be back in the smaller size soon.
I joined WWs but it just didn't work for me. Probably because I didn't work the program like I should. Spending $45 a month on a weight loss program when I went to drastic measure to lose weight (gastric bypass) seemed ridiculous. I can use that $45 on my quilting hobby.
Today has been a success.
Protein shake
2 slices Pepperjack cheese
Iced protein coffee
3 Swedish meatballs; cole slaw; riced cauliflower
Not liking the cauliflower though.
