If I remember correctly, her recipe fit nicely into an 8x8" pan so I cut it into 4 servings of 2x2".

If I'm not mistaken the serving size of the recipe is 1 cup. That is a pretty big serving because it's very filling. I'm 5 months out and can't eat a full serving. The ricotta bake is great for the soft food stage. I ate a lot of it and I should make it again soon!

If you just had surgery, and are on the soft food stage, I would say 1/4 cup sounds right. Ricotta bake is denser than something like yogurt, so better to eat less than more for now.

I'm learning that I got a good surgeon program as I had this all pretty well detailed for me by stage. You are right 1/4 cup.
