Good morning! Thanks for starting the thread. Congrats on the job-so happy for you!

QOTD- I am definitely a meal prepper. Each weekday evening I pack my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the next day and also refill my water bottles. I am pretty routine oriented, for instance I don't drink my coffee until I have had my 24 oz water while I am working out and an addtional 32 oz bottle. I typically eat my meals/snack at the same time everyday at least during the week.

We decided to go to IKEA today, yes again. It's about a 2 hour drive for us but we chat and I'll crochet so the time flies by.

Plan for today:

B: latte, boiled egg, Buddig chicken pack and 3/4 of an orange

L: TBD but probably IKEA meatballs or their grilled chicken kids meal

S: latte, yogurt, jerky and string cheese

D: TBD if we are home probably a TJ turkey burger and some sort of veggie

Exericse- 7 miles done this morning

water and vits on track

Hope everyone has an awesome Saturday.

Hi everyone,

QOTD: To stay on plan I spend every Sunday cooking all of my meals for the week. Then I pack all my breakfast, snacks and lunches for the whole week so I just need to throw it my lunch box the night before and throw it fridge for the next day. I set alarms for waiting 30 mins after meals to drink. I always carry Ostrim meat sticks for emergencies.

B: 2eggs, 2slices bacon, 1slice cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: meat stick

S:?

Enjoy the rest of your day everyone!

Good afternoon,

Congrats on the job.

I didn't get up till noon. Guess I needed the sleep.

QOTD I don't really have a good answer since I haven't worked in 10 years. Guess is meal prep the night before or on weekends for the week. Always have water available.

Brunch spinach, orange pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

D corned beef, baby carrots and cabbage

S Greek yogurt, southwest bean salsa and cutie orange

Have a good day
