Happy St Patrick's Day!!! I'm about half Irish with some redness to my hair and freckles but I'm also french and Native American so that tones down the freckles and paleness. I actually have olive skin tone and very little hair on my body.

Sorry about all the bad Memories JB.

I saw my surgeon yesterday and he wants to remove my gallbladder soon but he said it's not inflamed and stones have not passed into my duct so I have time to figure out the money situation. I just have to be careful until then I guess. Yesterday I ate some Salmon and broccoli and it was ok so I will eat that again today. Oh, and (again) my surgeon said I should be eating around 1500 calories hahahahha! Thats just crazy!

QOTD: I still have some childhood stuff. I have my favorite stuffed animal in my closet. Shes a unicorn that I named Unico.

Morning JB. I'm in the office today and trying to play catchup/figure **** out after taking the day off yesterday. I'm struggling trying to figure out what is wrong with my claim, and I"m wondering if something is wrong with my data.

JBQOTD: Surprisingly, I don't have much. I did, during my first marriage, but when I left him, I kinda did a cut and run, and a lot of things got left in the attic at the house we owned. Years later, when he lost the house to foreclosure, I got a few boxes out of the attic, but honestly I lost so much while moving from place to place. I have a box of old letters and stuff from when I was a kid, but I never really kept much actual stuff. My mom still lives in the house I grew up in. I believe that there are some things in the attic, but I haven't been up there in years. I guess I'll find out when she passes away, or if she loses the house (she just filed bankruptcy, but I believe she is planning on keeping the house through it all.)

19 months since surgery

B: Carbmaster Protein Smoothie, coffee with SF Coffeemate

L: Rueben (not eating the bread)

D: Corned beef and cabbage, which is in my crock pot right now.

S: Dunno, I didn't pack anything and am not feeling particularly hungry.

I'll update my totals in a bit, haven't punched it all into MFP yet.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning and Happy Friday! Not a drop of Irish in me, the blood in my veins comes from Russia and Poland. No huge plans for me this weekend. I have a 1/2 marathon in 8 weeks so my running friend and I will get in a run tomorrow and I may run again on Sunday. I'm starting to freak out a bit, since I haven't run more than 6 miles at one time since December! Oy.

QOTD - I have one doll and one stuffed animal left. The doll - when I was 6, I fractured my elbow and had to have surgery. My grandmother brought me the doll when she came to the hospital. The allowed me to take the doll into the operating room and while the surgeon was finishing up with me, the nurses put a cast on the doll and the whole OR staff signed it. I still have her. Stuffed Animal - I have a stuffed Snoopy. In researching my birthdate, my mother found a Peanuts cartoon (from a different year but same day) where they were all celebrating Snoopy's birthday. So for one of my birthdays, someone bought me a stuffed Snoopy. I still have him. Totally irrelevant, but he's wearing a jogging suit . . . matching pants and top.

My plan . . . is totally up in the air today. I'm having lunch with one of my cousins so I'm not sure where we're going and Friday dinners are always crapshoot. Whatever it is, it will be on plan.

B: 2.86 oz sliced ham; 1.52 oz cheese

S: latte with 4 oz fairlife milk (my alarm never went off this morning so I missed the gym. I won't allow myself to stop at Startbucks on a non-gym day, so coffee from home it is)

L: Hoping for a salmon and kale salad of which I eat the salmon fillet (4 oz . . . don't think I didn't have them check with the kitchen to see what size fillets they cut) and a few bites of kale

S: Light and fit

D:??????????????????????????????

Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Yes, I'm very Irish on both sides of my family, 5th generation off the boat. I do think it's required to be a proper Bostonian! We will be celebrating with corned beef and cabbage, but in the form of a Rueben, potato chips and Guinness. Well, minus the bread, potato chips and Guinness for me, I'll be having a Rueben in a bowl. I have watched the Quiet Man every St. Patrick's day since I was little (minus those party years...) and tonight will be no exception. I look forward to it every year and can pretty much quote the whole movie. I love it!

QOTD - Sorry to hear about your childhood home and all the other disasters you've endured in the month of March. No one should have to go through that. I have one prized possession from childhood. It's my Winnie the Pooh bear I got when I was 6. He looks a little rough around the edges, but he means the world to me.

Good morning all -

4 days out and I think I'm doing pretty well. Kind of feeling a little bloated today so think I may take a little dose of Milk of Magnesia after I get a couple of errands run.

Since I am totally winging this I am gonna post what I ate the day before instead of what I'm going to eat...at least until I get my pouch more figured out. I hope that is ok.

Protein pudding - sugar free fat free pudding made with 1cup fat free fairlife milk and 1 cup premier protein shake.

Serving 2 oz - 36 Calories , 3.8 Carbs, 3.9 Protein

Protein cream of chicken - 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup made with 1 1/4 cups fat free fairlife milk and 1 scoop chicken flavored protein.

Serving 2 oz - 35 Calories, 3.5 Carbs, 4.9 Protein

4 oz Protein pudding two ounces at a time

6 oz Protein Cream of Chicken 2 ounces at a time

5.5 ounces protein shake

5.5 ounces protein shake

10 ounces diet cranberry juice

Calories - 349, Carbs - 24, Protein - 50

Water (including shakes and cranberry juice) 76 ounces

This morning I finally got down to the weight I was before I left my house for the hospital - 285. When I came home from hospital and weighed the first afternoon the scale said 291.6. Let the weight loss begin!!!

QOTD - I have 2 stuffed items that I have kept from my childhood. A stuffed teddy bear that my dad gave me for Valentine's Day the teddy bear came in a clear plastic heart that said I love you on the front of it. Me and my two sisters all got one. I must have been 9 or 10, long story but parents were feuding so the Easter Bunny came to two different places for us that year Grandmas house and our house. (That was the only bad feud they ever had in 47 + years, and it started on a Friday night and was all better by Sunday afternoon...lol).

I also have a foot pillow. It is a stuffed pillow shaped like a foot, toes and all. I slept with it for years, I think I got it when I was 11. It needs to be tossed it is in horrible shape, but I just can't seem to be able to get rid of it.

Hope everyone has a great St Patrick's Day and a wonderful weekend!!

When I make the protein pudding with the premier I put the whole container in a measuring cup, and then add enough fairlife milk to make it into 2 cups liquid. It will be sweeter though.
