First timer here! Any tips for me?.

Hi! I had an appointment with my doctor on February 28, 2017 and he made a referral for me for bariatric surgery. I heard today (March 16, 2017) from my doctor's office and I have requisitions for blood work and h.pylori test. I will be getting them done tomorrow. I feel kinda nervous but not. I feel excited that this is in motion and to make my health better, I keep thinking the surgery is the right choice if approved. I have done some reasearch about the surgery but is there any tips from you, the forum, for me at this time?

Welcome! This site is a great place for information and support. Early in my journey I used the search function a lot and got answers to so many of my questions. I don't mean this as a slam, but as a genuine desire to help. Above the thread you created you see a search bar (Search this forum).
