Good idea about the fitting, and assessment. im thinking of joining a running clinic this spring, which I'm told is just around the corner....but the 12 inches of fresh snow in my yard tells me otherwise...
Busy-ish day today, volunteering and running errands.
qotd: sleeping beauty, beauty and the beast, and Three Caballeros were in high rotation in our house. But Disney in general was a mainstay. Mary Poppins would probably be my favourite Disney film.

I'm staying up all night eating because it's clear liquids after 6 AM for a test.
My favorite Disney movie is Little Mermaid as well. My favorite patient and I watched it every day I worked for over 140 days. She was 9. She's out there in the world and when I hear a bit of the music it just makes me happy.
Snow White scared me as a child.
Good morning all -
Things are still going well for me. I made my goal of 50 ounces of liquids yesterday. I actually drank 53.9 ounces. As far as protein I need to get that number up a little higher today. Yesterday I hit 49, I didn't think that was too bad for just being my 2nd day of eating. I have been up 3 hours so far this morning and I have gotten my first bottle of water in me (16.9 ounces) and a 2 ounce shot glass of protein pudding. Heading back to bed for a nap after I walk around the house a little bit.
I have not felt hungry at all nor have I ever felt a full feeling. I have just been eating 2 ounces (by volume) every three to four hours.
I did get what felt like bad heart burn yesterday that lasted only a few seconds, I believe it was because I drank too many sips of water to close together.
If anyone sees anything that I am doing wrong please let me know. Otherwise I plan on just trying to increase my water and my protein intake a little each day.

I too have been a slacker on exercise. When we went to savannah about 3 weeks ago I did yoga in the morning and evening plus we walked a ton. since we have been back I've been a real slacker. I think it has to do with our changing schedules. DH is a FT student so has moved his office downstairs into my old office. He goes down after dinner and stays working till bedtime which means I'm with the pups all evening. About 9 pm was when I did my yoga and we have one dog that is EXTREMELY against being alone and barks when he is not in his box and knows we are there. So that is partly the reason for my slackerness.
QOTD: I like little mermaid- Urlula is my FAV!! and she has the best song also. I do also like beauty and the beast - DH and I saw it in atlanta when we forst started dating and it was great!
Post op 15 months yesterday! I also totally forgot to count also.
I worked in the actual office about an hour away yesterday so when I headed home I thought- ahhh it actually feels like the weekend to me now!
Weight at 120.2 today- won't budge.
Food for today:
Mussels, mussels, coffee, miralax, CM yogurt, maybe make a batch of protein waffles/pancakes, not sure on dinner. We have leftover indian so i think that is what it will be.
OH- on another note, the DR my DH has been seeing is encouraging him to get off sugar/carbs and start using stevia in his tea. OMG have i NOT been trying to do this for him for 2 years? but because a DR says so... he better listen??? ANYWAY-I have an entire pile of snacks for him, boxes, and boxes of cookies, granola, brownie brittle, etc so I suppose those will become his treats every now and again. I told him last night, I will NOT buy anything else for you snacky wise except stuff you should be eating, you have a $%$$load of cookies etc to eat up for 'specia' treats. Also we made him sweet tea with 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of stevia cane sugar blend. This is a HUGE step for him as he is change resistant. Rant over- And edited to say that my DH does not have much to lose, he is maybe 182 pounds and has been thin his entire life. Heaviest was 210 and lowest was 165, but he does want to drop some weight.
Ok that is all for now...
