I woke up late. So my schedule is off since I decided to have my coffee and water.

QOTD Mary Poppins is my favorite but I like 100 dalmatians. Also like cars.

B spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

L cottage cheese and tuna

D corned beef, baby carrots and cabbage

S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Good evening Menu Family! Well my one year check up went well today! My doctors and nutritionist have said I have lost 65.4% of my excess body weight which to them is excellent but I know I still have a ways to go. I am one pound above what they said would be my lowest weight and they were are you ready to stop losing and I was like um no but thanks for asking! Before and after my appointment I spent the day with my daughter shopping which was good bought some clothes in smallest size I have purchased in a long long time!

QOTD: Disney is my daughters wheel house she loved her some growing up! Went through a time where when she was into a movie she jus****ched it on repeat oh what am I saying that girl still watches National Treasure at least once a week! But if I was picking for myself Toy Story 2 is one of mine I love me some Jesse the Cowgirl and my other favorite one is The Little Mermaid.

My food for the day:

B: Hard Boiled Egg White and 2 slices of bacon

L: Went to an Italian restaurant so I had 2 meatballs and some salad

D: Have not gotten that far yet still really really full from lunch.

I know it is super late, but had to say I have purchased my tickets at the fancy reclining seat theater to see Beauty and the Beast next weekend. I tried to get opening weekend tickets (a few weeks ago) and they were already sold out. I love all Disney movies. My kids loved Lion King, so I guess that was one of my favorites too.
