I use Paul Neumann's light balsamic dressing.

Good morning JB and crew! Late post... Busy day here.

QOTD: March Madness? Does that have anything to do with Daylight Savings time?

B: Fairlife with coffee and Miralax, Premier Protein vanilla

L: salad with lite ranch, hb egg and 4 beet slices

D: tomato soup with cheese and cauli rice

S: Dannon greek blueberry yogurt, beef jerky coins 1 oz (no foil wrapping), diet cran cherry with lots of water

Totals: 732 calories 83 protein 56 carbs 20 fat

I am now doubling up on my Miralax... I had to start taking a new drug called Crestor (for cholesterol) and it also causes backing up. Lovely new development...

It is very late for posting...I've made a pact with myself lately, I won't get on the computer until my exercise is done...because of the time hole it can be. Well I woke up early and said 'this is too early to get up' fell back asleep and slept right through my alarm... So my exercise today ended up being my PT appointment because there wasn't enough time after sleeping through my alarm.

Don't follow March madness... But there was a restaurant on the east End of Long Island that if the team the owner picked won the whole she-bang He sold Lobster dinners for half price. My husband and I went one year and got our 1/2 price lobsters.

B: Coffee with Fairlife and Miralax, scrambled egg with bacon bits and TJs low fat Mozzarella

L: Roast Beef and Swiss on Low carb Pita

D: at a Seafood restaurant with a WLS acquaintance after We both speak at Doc's seminar

S: Chocolate Chai latte, greek yogurt

I'm waiting at Newark airport for my flight home after my business trip. Some of the team who were on a JetBlue flight had a flight delay of 2 hours (leaving at 8:15 tonight), so they ended up taking the Acela. My 5:05 flight was just delayed to 5:50. Hopefully that's it!

QOTD: I pay NO attention to March Madness.

Good evening all! Seems weird to say that and still have the sun out! But I will take it. I am just getting home from work what a long butt day and I am tired. However, I am off tomorrow I have my 12 month appointment with my surgeon this should be fun I know I am doing well but these appointments always make me nervous. I am most nervous about the blood work, I have a feeling that my iron level is low again and I will end up with more infusions. Oh well do what you have to do right?

QOTD: March Madness my office goes all in we even have a Commish and he gets right into it. Honestly I do two brackets one that I copy off the internet and the other I pick the teams based on what mascot, team colors, or city I like better. Can you tell I am serious...

B: Hard boiled egg whites, two slices of bacon and decaf coffee plus extra decaf coffee because I was cold this morning
