What's on your Wednesday Menu RNYers?

Hey Friends! I hope you all had a great day, yesterday. I loved my snow day! It was a nasty day outside with white-out snow that turned to hail, then sleet, then rain. Poor Grim was out for hours with the snow-blower and shovel at our house and the rental property. By the time he came home he was soaked to the bone. Poor guy :( But inside it was toasty warm and cups of coffee were flowing.
Back to the grind today, though. All of our schools are still closed but the office is open so I am slugging back in on the train in a few hours. I'm still trying to figure out how to craft a job where I can work for a public school from home. Shut up--don't burst my bubble!
QOTD: Are you one of those crazy people who are obsessed with their March Madness Brackets? I don't get the appeal but every office I have ever worked at has a group of people who loooooove it! I made my picks, but still I have literally no idea how it works, I just picked based on...well based on nothing. Lol. In the past, I have guessed better than people who actually know what they are doing, so I guess I have as good a chance as anyone!
18 months post op / 117 lbs today / maintenance diet
Edited my menu because what I wrote earlier was just imaginary, apparently. I never got around to eating breakfast, and I forgot that I put some different things in my lunch bag last night than I remembered... See below for "real" menu!
NOPE: editing my menu for the third time, because I haven;t had time to eat much (not going to happen) and Grim texted me with a new dinner plan.
B: protein coffee
S: Greek yogurt with honey
L: about 5 bites of Chicken salad
S: nothing
D: ribeye
Totals: Cals: 608 Protein: 69 Carb: 53
Vitamins: Patches (D3, Iron and Multi) Oral (Calcium Citrate, Magnesium, Potassium, additional Iron and B12 sublingual)
Exercise: 4 miles of walking to and from the train... with a heavy backpack... in the snow... (uphill both ways, haha).
Have a great day, everyone!
We got a lot of snow too. No sleet or hail. Just a lot of snow. And we lost power for a couple hours and couldn't get the generator working. Luckily the power came back on its own.
I managed to clean out my whole closet yesterday on my snow day in preparation for moving.
I've never done a bracket... I don't think we're doing one at the office this year.
B left over mini muffins with ricotta frosting. Later in coffee with protein shake. (Better blended than yesterday when I had protein powder lumps. Yuck!)
S 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L 3 vegetarian bacon cheeseburger egg bites
S 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder and pumpkin pie spice
D fried riced cauliflower (eggface recipe)

Good morning menu buds!
I'm jealous of all the gorgeous snow pictures my friends up north are sharing....but at the same time I'm glad we don't have to deal with it. It's still 25 degrees this morning, bleh! I'm psyching myself up to gag down the second dose of the pre-surgery drink they gave me. It really is awful...it's supposed to be mandarin orange flavor. Whoever decided that was the flavor must have been drunk, or evil....or both!
Check-in is at 8:30a, so I've got some time to relax before we leave. After two days of crazy nerves I'm actually feeling really good this morning!
QOTD: I definitely don't get the whole March Madness, sports are not my thing. I have zero interest in basketball and the same goes for baseball. Football is a slight exception only because Pat loves fantasy football...he totally gets into the minutiae so I end up watching it with him while he gripes about how his picks are doing.
Menu:
B: Gross stuff of doom that I will gag down as quickly as I can because my doctor said so
and then it's SURGERY TIME!
I'll see you guys on the other side, have a wonderful day!
