I am so sorry about your break up -- and that your coping device of food set you off track.
Good for you for getting back to basics and back on track. There are a lot of people here that suffered regain -- and found their way again.

This post has been extremely helpful for me today. I too have let some bad habits creep back in and begun the gain. Over the last two years (OMG it's been that long) I have regained 50 pounds. I have been so focused on everything wrong. You have inspired me to focus on today and stop being angry with myself for my failure and "just get it done".
Thank you! I have not totally ruined today - so I can easily start right now. LOL
