Thank you! It was tough at first, but I'm better off going alone accountability-wise. Unfortunately, I've always been disappointed by work out partners. They are late or cancel, which in my mind gave me an excuse to not go :(

Happy Day Menu Buddies! Such a crazy late day. I just haven't gotten into the swing of this time change. Having my son home for Spring Break has made it harder to get going since I am not rushing him. Oh well... my work was still here waiting for me when I got here.
QOTD: No. I promise you...I cannot sing. My children promise you I cannot sing. At all. I do sing...lots and often. Those who love me see it as their cross to bear.
Menu: B: Light & Fit Greek w/ homemade granola; L: Freezer surprise (meaty ricotta bake); S: Grapefruit (small fresh); D: Not sure. Eating out with the kids. Protein forward something.
Accountability: Have been on the wagon again with smoking since the brief fall over the weekend. I am pretty happy that I didn't use it as an excuse to fall right back into smoking. Feeling strong now. Weight this morning was 124.2. The extra cracker weight from this weekend seems to be slowly coming off. I am trying to be carb low to give my body and tummy a break from too many carbs this weekend. Carbs are kind of like cigarettes...you have one and you want ten.
Have a great day everyone!

If you weren't supposed to eat the whole sleeve, they wouldn't have packaged it that way.
I think more people have gotten onboard the regain train from CRACKers than any other food.
A sleeve of Ritz is 800 calories. Don't ask how I know.

Saltines for me are like crack. I eat one and then I eat ten and then I eat a sleeve of crackers with butter. Damn.

A sleeve of CRACKers is bad enough for wasted calories. The next step after that is a sleeve with peanut butter, jam, and everything else on top.
It's a very slippery slope.
